Policy

Case Closed accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order that they are received. All orders are shipped from our location in Virginia via USPS. Case Closed ships to all 50 U.S. States as well as international shipping and follows the methods available by USPS. 

You have 3 calendar days prior to receiving your item to send an email notifying us that you want to return an item for an exchange due to sizing from the date you have received your item.  To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Under no circumstances does Case Closed offer returns.
